You will receive a confirmation email from Greylight confirming your full order. On shipping you will receive another email confirming what has been shipped, and when. If you do not receive either of these emails then you have probably entered your email address incorrectly
 

Paying with CREDIT and DEBIT cards
When you click the CHECKOUT button below you will start the process of payment via the secure server. This is provided by a third party bank (Worldpay - Part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group) to ensure full card security. You will be transferred to the Worldpay secure server to make your payment, then back to Greylight when payment has been made. By using Worldpay it ensures that NO-ONE can obtain your card details from Greylight.  At no time do we at Greylight hold, or have any access to, your card details. Card details are NEVER transmitted in any form either to or from Greylight. There is no possibility at all that anyone can obtain any of your credit or debit card details through the Greylight website.
